These handling controls are release requirements. They are not presented as implemented or verified while Cohesio remains pre-beta.
Answers saved incrementally
The planned flow saves answers incrementally so clients can leave and return without relying on one all-or-nothing submit step.
Sensitive data stays out of scope
Bank passwords, card security codes, other credentials, medical records, KYC data and payroll administration are excluded from what Cohesio asks for or stores.
Durable receipts
The planned flow issues a durable receipt for every admitted upload so clients can tell what the system received.
Supported files today
English PDF, JPG and PNG
Phase 1 targets everyday statement and receipt formats — proposed limits of 20 MB and 50 pages per file. Formats outside this range still route to a person, not a silent failure.
